Probably not a family friendly community, just because the units are pretty small and don't have washer/dryers in the units, but if you're single and wanting a place in the city for a reasonable price, this is definitely the place for you. My apartment faces main street which has an amazing view of the back of the skyline. It's definitely a showstopper for guests. The size is VERY reasonable for city living. Not as much kitchen counter space as I've seen elsewhere, but I'm not complaining. It's an older building historically, and even though they've renovated and upgraded and it looks nice, some things like little counter space or shorter ceilings can't really be fixed at this point. But it's not worth moving over. I have space for guests, I'm close to work, parks, and PLENTY of entertainment... I love this community.
