We were very excited when we moved in 2 years ago. We love all the nice neighbors, but the minute we had an issue and brought it to the attention of the leasing office, we have been treated differently by them and feel like our renewals are higher because they want us to leave. As long as you have no complaints, I guess it is good. Since then, our renewals have been between $30 and $40 higher per month and they offer better prices if you lease in shorter terms. This is unheard of. Expect after one year, your rent to go up about $40 or $50 per month. When we leased, we inquired about a typical renewal, and we were told much lower prices. I am disappointed that they take advantage of people who are long term renters and offer no loyalty in return. Originally there were many long term renters living here, but slowly, they are all leaving. There are just a handful left. That says a lot. Their office hours are terrible if you need to speak in person to them, they are only open 4 hours on a Saturday, the first Saturday of every month. This doesn't work for most working individuals. We do feel safe here, but we too, would like to speak to the management company about some issues. The office will not give you their information. There are other resources to resolve problems, through Greater Houston Fair Housing Center and Houston Apartment Association. Also, the apartments are owned by Lakebridge Homeowners Association Inc.
