Lodge at Shadowlake

I am unable to get full access to the new entry gate system because my phone # is not a local number. The call box will not allow me to open the gate to let my guests in from my phone. I have to walk to the gate each time and the only thing that the Lodge has offered to me is to, "Get another "local" phone number." 4months now, STILL no resolution. And noone seems its important enough to care. I have been here 3-1/2 years and the change in management and Leading office staff is evident. Its never been this bad.
