Resident 2011 - 2013

5/16/2013

Overall rent is very high, length of contract and move-in dates make rent combination difficult to understand and would surely test your math. If you plan to move in don't count on spoken words but get everything in writing. The only reason I continue to stay here is due to work location. Parking space is a nightmare, even if you are ready to pay extra for the one spot, it is available far away from your unit(it is an extra charge on top of rent for parking space). If you are lucky and get in before 7 or 8pm, there are very few visitor parking spots, so far away at the end of the property, which is as good as parking on the road outside the property. Even the ladies at office park at spots reserved for disabled or no parking areas. Ladies are always courteous but their priority, anyone's guess, is on prospective future residents and not current. Being so close to 610, noise is major factor in buildings facing freeway. Security guard is being seen recently on all nights due to recent break-in incidents in the property and sister property across the street, otherwise he comes only on weekend nights. There are lot of corporate units which are not controlled by office staff. Some corporate units are gathering place for late night talk and smoke, it would be a culture shock for most if they turn out to be your neighbor.
