Dear Prospective Resident,We are very sorry to have earned a 1 star review from you. We aren't sure where you heard of a bed bug outbreak as we have not been notified of one. We do have a professional pest control company that handles all pest issues as we are notified of same. We have parking permits for all residents and paid spots available as well. We also have ample parking on the perimeter of the property and towing is enforced for violators as a last resort and to keep parking available for our residents and their visitors. No parking for visitors. Property management company and towing company are well affiliated and will tow resident vehicles. The front staff is low quality and uneducated regarding resident relations, property upkeep, with absolutely no respect for residents who call the property a home.

The staff here are pretty awesome! The application process was super smooth and the unit floor plans are beautiful! The place get's a bad rep but from talking to the people here, they are really working hard to turn around that image.

Worst apartment I've ever lived in. Carjacking and murder happened 20 feet from our apartment. Loud neighbors that management does nothing about. Towing service is outrageous. Maintenance team was decent!
