Never have I experienced such lack of care or respect for it's tenants. Do NOT move here. In addition to the truth posted in the other negative reviews, here's my story: I have lived here for just under a year and we have had numerous random issue pop up. Typically, they're handled pretty quickly but lately we have been faced with inexcusable service from the office. The day before the holiday weekend, they turned our electricity off. Their notification was a letter on our door to which we responded and fixed the issue at hand. I called the office the day the electricity was turned off I called the office and they said they would send someone out. They guy they sent us told us that there was no power being sent to the unit and to call the power company. The power company tells us we need to call the electricity provider who tells us the apartment complex called and told them to turn our electricity off. By the time we get this information, as two women who work in corporate America, everyone is telling us that they can't do anything for us for four days. All of this could have been avoided had the apartment complex had the decency to call us to tell us that they were turning off our electricity OR AT LEAST let us know that they had it turned off when I called that morning. When I brought this to the attention of the assistant manager, she was very unapologetic and uncompromising about the situation. The lack of respect for a tenant, who's rent pays their paycheck, to not even have the decency to call someone to tell them something as serious as turning off the electricity the day before a holiday weekend is inexcusable. I will never recommend anyone to live in this complex.
