SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We strive to provide friendly customer service and proficient maintenance service to our residents and we sincerely apologize if we have not exceeded our standard of excellence. The best way to expedite service requests is to submit a formal work order, which can be conveniently made through our Resident Portal via the IMT Residential website at www.imtresidential.com/residnetportal. There, you can submit and check the status of any service request. It is our hope to provide you and all of our residents with a clean and comfortable living environment. Although Pavilion Place receives pest control service on a weekly basis, should you feel that your home or a particular area of the community requires additional attention, we encourage you to please bring to our attention via a service request, and or schedule and appointment to speak with management to address your issue. Hi Brandito, Thank you for additionally reaching out and posting another review here. As we mentioned before in other posts, unfortunately, your tow is considered to be a valid tow based on the terms and agreement that you signed and agreed in your lease as well as federal regulations. If you need a parking permit, please reach out to our team so we can assist you with this. We do have an agreement with a tow company to enforce parking violations based on the addendum that all residents have signed as well as signage posted throughout the community; however, we in no way profit from this agreement. Enforcement of parking policies is solely for the benefit of our residents. We hope in the future with your placard future tows will be deterred. We do not offer security at our community; however, we have courtesy guards that only report to our community management. The posted guards are in no way posted to guarantee against theft or any other criminal activity. Our guards are only posted to ensure the flow of traffic from the city streets. Guards and or access gates can be a deterrent; however, they are not a guarantee of personal safety or property protection. We are aware of vehicles that were burglarized recently. We cannot guarantee that vehicles will not be vandalized although we have measures in place to help deter this type of activity, and are thankful for the residents that report any suspicious activities and calling the police department first.
