I'm a professor at the University of Houston with pretty high standards, which I mention only to the extent that living at 21 Eleven has met my standards from outset. Before moving here, I lived in a comparably priced apartment building in Montrose that 21 Eleven surpasses in every category. As a non-driver, I love having grocery stores and a pharmacy in walking distance. The office staff is efficient, knowledgable and friendly (and if I may say so, polished). Living here isn't necessarily cheap, but (unlike a lot of places in town, including my previous one) it's worth every penny.
