The office staff at this location is terrible. I went in at the beginning of the month and did my application with them they say they work with broken lease and will get you in. Awesome i have a broken less three years old but rental history afterwards explained that they said it was fine to me and the locator i got. After doin my application she said it would take three to five business days a entire week went by and then i called them cause i hadnt heard anything and they claimed not to fine my application and the other lady would be back who has my application the following so i called that following monday they said she wasn't in then the following day called back no answer everytime i called. The day after that they said they had to see about my first apartments to make sure its not an eviction the apartments couldnt find any record of me. When i called back a week later they put me on hold for 40 mins then i hung up and called back and she said she would call me back in ten minutes never happened the next day she said she call back after she spokento my current apartments to see how much would need to be paid for me to move in then never called and when i called she said she had to go over my application then call back in ten minutes two hours went back and they said she was out at lunch call in a hour and a half. Finally got ahold of her and she tell me they didnt except me because of my balance on the broken lease that i already had told them about. And now i have to find somewhere else to move and my lease is up on the first and they wasted all my time. Which was why i originally went in the first week of the month.
