This apartment company is scamming tenants

First of all you can look at the lease and tell that they are only interested in enforcing thier profits by the lease. Second they write the lease so they can change it at will. (They do not have you sign the actuall lease only an aggreement to abid by the document which they then change to suit thier needs.) Next they do not tell you your lease is due for renewal, and then hit you with a $300 rent increase because you did not renew on time. They then out right refuse to accept your notification that you are leaving which is required by the lease. (after all the long they refusse to accept your notice, the more rent they can sue you for after you leave.) Security is poor - it took them a month to replace a lock on the back gate. Also they sell you personal information to marketing firms. I was recieving junk mail in my name before I even moved in.
