I found a snake in my apartment after coming home from the ER from high blood pressure 199/97. Reported this to the office and was told they wasn't responsible for snakes in my apartment because that's a natural habitat! That's a rodent!!! In my 62 years I have never had a snake in my home. And never have I experienced a staff who wasn't concerned about my safety in an apartment complex. There's many areas of entry the snake could have come into my apartment with the fireplace being one as well as the hole in the tile in my bathroom where the work came to fix an ongoing water leak since I lived here that floods my bathroom and kitchen. The snake could have come through the toilet bowl or a pipe hanging from the bathroom ceiling. But I will move my furniture around to see if there's other holds where it could have come into my apartment. I used to respect the staff there until Dorothy came to work in the office. She is very rude for no reason. Example: I went to the office to report a maintenance problem as she was looking at her computer. She wouldn't look away from her computer to acknowledge anyone coming into the office, nor to say "Just a moment please." She is rude naturally. I have tried to ignore her behavior especially because I lost my business after being injured from falling from a bus and my income changed. Felt I should take her rude attitude as I try to build myself up again, but she's rude!
