I've lived in my residence since it was first built and the trash has always overflowed. I had a tenant that harrassed me because I am Black, and the walls are paper thin. <br><br>However, the apartments are a nice size, the place feels like home, I love the rounded corners and appliances. And after filing a police report for assualt on that neighbor, management evicted her, and my new neighbors are wonderful. The walls and floors are paper thin, so you gotta not let noise during the day bother you. And may of the Norwegians tend to BBQ at midnight...with a large number of family and friends in attendance.<br><br>For a luxury complex there is no conceirge, the staff has flipped a number of times and Sueba sold the property. My rent was raised $245/month on renewal and is raised $50 every renewal. Maintenance has slacked off, the equipment in the gym is not as well maintained. However, as long as I'm in an apartment home in Houston, this place is home.
