Very helpful office and maintenance staff. The apartments are recently renovated so they look new and modern. They have done all they can during the pandemic to keep amenities open and safe, when possible/legal, displaying dedication and creativity. Very well run and maintained apartment community.

Experience is good. There were a few break-ins in the mail room but everything else has been fine. I like how the community is close to so many restaurants, the galleria, the mall, and much more. There is always something to do in this area.

The tenants throw trash sacks on the ground. The dumpsters in the front are not usually emptied frequently enough. There is piles of furniture left around the grounds. Other than that it has been alright.
