The worst apartments in westchase

Nothing has gotten any better with this complex since Keener has taken over. I. July 2023, and have regretted it sonce the move-in date. From the grounds keeping, to not attending to maintenance requests, the reserved parking, and kids shooting people's vehicles with BB guns...This place is beyond ------ and disgusting! Management does NOTHING to address issues. All they do is LIE and gaslight. For someone who ALWAYS pays rent on time and abides by their lease, the management company isn't upholding their end of the contract. For what I pay here it's DEFINITELY not worth it. I will be filing complaints with HAA, TAA, and the Better Business Bureau if they address these types of issues. If it wasn't for my credit being tied to this apartment I would've left within the first 30 days of moving in. I would NOT recommend this complex or management company to anyone. For what they charge you in rent and how poorly things are handled, you would do better moving to the ------ for real. There are broken windows all over the place that they don't fix, dead rats in the grass, piles of dog poop EVERYWHERE, and instead of actually fixing… See More>

    DO NOT RENT HERE !

    NO STARS .. The old management that was here got me in ok cool. i’ve been here a year now.. here comes the new management aka Keener and they like to do things differently. almost the whole time i’ve been making partial payments on my rent. that’s just how i get it paid & these guys don’t take partial payment so when i came in with what i had they reject me. told me i need the whole amount that’s due. now i’m forced to moved bc they collected up on me and now expect for me to pay over 4 bands at once. it’s not just this guys. If u live here u will experience cold showers (like i am now in 50 degree weather ) because the water doesn’t get hot in the whole complex for days at ah time. when the water does get hot my tub only has scorching hot water. my kids have to bathe in either freezing cold or scorching hot water. it’s sad y’all. anything they ever came to fix it was never really fixed. roach infested when i first got into my apartment. i really need to take this to court bc… See More>

      This place is horrible.

      Where do I start? Let’s start with the fact we have not had hot water for October 2022. This has been the 5th new owner since I moved in 3 years ago. The new owners have closed all the laundry rooms. We have no hot water and no laundry rooms. The tenants are forced to go to the laundry mats. The last owner made this apartment a second chance so you can image the people we have in here. At one point the cops were getting shot at and chasing criminals all through here. And the number of people who stand in the parking lot howling at each other. It is a night mare. The trash pick up is ify at best. There has been more than one time in which we have gone without pick up for up to a month. In fact there is about a weeks amount of trash there now. The pool and the workout room has never been open at all. The city fined the apartment complex for not doing the lawn. It is that sad.
