Luxury Trash Apt

Expensive and ------ is right. Any good reviews are coming from the people who work here lol sad. Its dog/cat/bird feces everywhere. And it’s supposed to be controlled ac/heater in hallways but they open the double doors instead. Pool is never cleaned. The staff live here and is nosy asf. Systematically stealing tires/parts from resident cars. The list goes on this apt doesn’t deserve any star ratings.

    This apartment complex is very dirty and barely managed. We haven't had access to the gym, lockers, or clubhouse for the last few months even though we are actively paying for it in our rent. Roaches and other bugs are present throughout the hallways, elevators and stairwells all year long. Management doesn't communicate or follow-up with residents about changes, crimes or anything. Safety is a big factor and it is extremely lacking here. There are so many more amazing places in the Energy Corridor that you can consider, don't waste your time here. Best of luck!

      Just recent moved here in April. My car has been broken into along with 3 others all at the same time. While there’s supposed to be 24 hour security in the parking lot they obviously weren’t doing their job. Very dirty. Trash everywhere all the time. Dog poop in the walkways. There’s super loud music and parties at the pool DAILY. Moving here was the worse decision ever.

        It is not the price for such a dirt place they steal you package all the time and all they said in a rude way is that it happens and you have to pay for those private box .. not for a 1300 rent where marihuana smell are all over the place . And they are not doing anything to fix this problem or even try the are homeless pp in the restrooms near the office smells bad in the morning and its scary .and again once they drop your package someone will steal it at the moment. No security at all

          I have been in this apartment for more than 2 months and I am not happy. When I moved in, I was told my apartment will be ready. The first night the water in the bathroom smelled like sewer. When I complained in the morning, I was asked to let the water run for half an hour. I was not told where to create an online portal so I could pay the rent online. Then after a month, I was told about it. I don't want to name the people at the front desk since I don't want to call them out publicly. We still don't have our blinds fixed in the bedroom. The management said they will take the measurements and order it. But 3 months and nothing yet. Then we were not told we could raise a raise request online, I always emailed the person at the front desk. Our dryer has a cringing sound everything it operates. The service guys said the service was completed when they hadn't even fixed the problem.             This property is so dirty all the time I have asked to have my hall cleaned from all the spider webs and human pee. They keep peeing by my door and they won't clean it. No maintenance on the weekend so brokennitems don't get fixed and the pee I front of my unit won't get cleaned. Smell like weed all the time and the customer service is none existent.

              First of all, kudos to the manager ,the entire staff for their good hospitality and their job well done, KAYLLA AND JASMINE are extremely awesome and well respectful, these three people kept this property for future residents to be happy to move in, i enjoyed living in the property and loved to renew my lease, we understood that COVID19 had caused so much inconveniences for tenants to enjoy what they paying for at the property. however, my suggestion to the management is to find a way of adjusting their restriction from the pool and the gym so that every tenants would enjoy themselves both in the day and the night time. or they reduce their rent if the management can not do something about that. those are part of what we are paying for. I also will suggest that the management should improve in their respond to every problem happening in each apartment. these are very important and need urgent attention. thank you for the courtesy officer provided. it helps .                 Unfortunately, there is not a negative one star review to leave as our experience with this disgusting place. We have been leaving in this complex for almost a year and already I can't wait to move out. As I can see the positive comments are from people who are not current residents and just took a tour, this place is dirty and not safe at all. The gates are never working one of the gate doors hit my car two days ago. There are residents who never put their dogs on leashes, even though I have complained twice after seeing people and dogs being attacked. They told me we can't do anything about it because we don't know the apartment number where the person with the dog lives. The pool area has been closed half of the summer because there's always an issue with the pool or they're cleaning it every time I would like to use it.                     Welcome to the ------. Dog feces in the hallway for 6 days now and only 20 feet away from the office. Inconsiderate noisy tenants that don't care about anyone, noise and marijuana smoking 24 hours a day. Horrible construction of the building, bugs everywhere and teenagers at the pool, noisy gangs of teens that don't even live here roam the hallways after the office closes. This place used to be the Haven, changed their name 2 years after opening due to problem after problem, nasty comments. We can't wait to move.

                      Stephanie Escobar was GREAT!!! She was very polite and went into detail about everything about the apartment and I was very pleased. I'm ready to move in. I loved the grounds and the pool area as well as the clubhouse.

                        I do not love this community. Trash is leave outside the doors at all times of the day, valet service is not available Friday and Saturday but trash stays in the hallways all weekend. Dog feces on all the green areas, some owners never clean after their dogs. Elevator is vandalized every evening by spilling or spiting on the control panel. Cars are vandalized but sometimes you may see a security car riding around at night Packages delivered out of the door are stole by the neighbors. Administration company seems to be focused on the occupation quotas and not on the quality of life in the property

                          I toured this community last week & was in complete awe. The property was beautiful & well kept. The property manager was very patient & knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed and right at home. The staff was also really nice. This was my first time apartment hunting so I had a lot of tiny detailed questions that most people should know already. But Ms. Daphanie & her team made sure I left feeling confident about doing business with them, and moving forward in the process of possibly finding a community that I can call home. This place deserves 3 thumbs up!
