The Palms At Cypress Station

I feel your pain. Just as everyone says, the management in constantly changing. I was there for three months and began to feel guilty leasing such garbage. Some of the apartment were nice, I'd even considered moving in once upon a time before the Assistant Manager told me that the apt that I wanted had no insulation in it on the top level. Plainly speaking: I was going to be hot as H#!! in the summer and just as cold in the winter. I finally called it quits when I moved in a young lady and her daughter in what seemed like the perfect apt. As soon as she began to move in her belongings hundreds upon hundreds of roaches began to come out of the garbage disposal, drains, outlet sockets, anywhere there was a hollow space, they came out. Believe it or not I still feel guilty: I leased to first time renters (a first time renter is supposed to enjoy their first apt), single parents (with all the drama in their life they didn't need a disgusting apt to add to their list of mishaps), elderly people (the foundation on the buildings were so bad that the "toilet" was leaning; yes, leaning meaning you have to use it at an angle). I loved the residents to death but everyone is right, NO ONE IN THE FRONT OFFICE COULD CARE LESS!!! As an ex-employee, DO NOT MAKE FAIRFIELD PARKE aka "CYPRESS SPARK" YOUR CHOICE FOR APARTMENT LIVING!!!
