Don't believe the yes, I love my apartment. That is probably coming from office personel. I moved there after being flooded in the Greenspoint area in 2002, November. I was glad to get out of that area and thought i was doing better by moving out toward Katy. My gosh, no hot water, bathroom backing up and roaches out of this world. I had to heat water also. MBS management doesn't do anything but collect rent money. What we need to know is the management companies when we change apartments. If they are bad in one complex, they are bad in all of them. This is why we are getting -------- at every angle. This apartment complex made me go to intown suites for 9 months before i came out to try another one. This was April 2003, only 6 months after i moved there and yes, i made them give me a release of the lease i had signed for one year. It's terrible. I see now it's 2007 when the reviews were posted , which is 5 years later, and the same problem was still going on. It doesn't matter how much money you are paying, (office personel) you are suppose to live in compliance with your contract. When you have a management company as bad as MBS management, it doesn't matter how much you pay for rent, they still will not be doing repairs. Matter of fact, when i lived there, your rent wasn't cheap for a 1 bedroom. Correct.....people are walking all night with alcohol in their hand and stealing off your vehicle.Share This Review
