Since we have new management in the office things seem to be better around the complex. Depends on who you talk to in the office, some are helpful and some are NOT. WE need more smiles in the office........

    I would like to see the complex pay more attention to the parking from the buildings 9-10. Also, the rocks has to go.......they bring no value to the property in the back. Please mulch more around the trees to barrion back here. Not appealing at all. And tried of seeing trash on the weekend overflow.

      At first it was a great community to move into but now after 6 years I cannot say that. The pool is always down because of the lack of respect of the tennants (you know who your), I cannot get the back building 9, 10 clear of its rocks which is unbecoming. They have curb appeal up front but that does me no good back here when I fall on the rocks. Requested to put in grass to no avail. I could go on and on and on.

        Maintenance is always done properly and in an expediate manner. Juan is always smiling and waives at you when he sees you. I tell you what happened and why do I have to type 200 characters.STUPIDXXXX

          I have lived here for 4 years and at first it was wonderful, but since Atlantic Pacific has taken over the property has gone down hill but our rent keeps getting higher and higher with no incentive to keep the good tenants.

            Why should I tell you what is going on when nothing changes because of the corporate attitude. We have skum bags living here with their Mom and Dad's and they don't pay extra for water and their children run wild. Maintenance is good when they have the supplies to fix what they have in their office. I am tired of this place and they way they handle people. HP gets a fairer rate then anyone and they have no socials for the older people that live here. They say that would be discriminate which is BULL. More socials to meet everyone that lives here so we can met our neighbors. And what about an American flag flying out front,,,,,,,Still haven't gotten me $125.00 gift certificate for signing a new lease and I call and they say they are working one it. BULL...??????...
