Maintenance doesnt work as I expect. They take a really long time to address the maintenance request, even the urgent ones. I have had to call several times concerning the same issues. At other apartment complexes Ive lived, the response has been way faster.
Also, the leasing office, take a long time to response to inquiries, they often dont respond emails and its hard to communicate with them about more complicated things.
