I'm a current resident and I recently transferred from another richdale property and the communication is terrible!! Various fees and nothing is consistent (which adds stress!!) cars are parked everywhere and in the fire lanes! The other pools are never cleaned (only the leasing office one for looks and appeal!). The roaches are atrocious! We were shown our town home after just signing the lease and they're we're roaches everywhere! Their pest control job is -------- so we had to take it upon ourselves to rid the population!! Maintenance requests are never fulfilled and they only have like 4-6 guys for this massive property! No wonder ---- never gets fixed! Our disposal in kitchen sink has yet to be fixed and stagnated water is just sitting there stinking up the entire kitchen! They want you to pay all these fees but yet they don't take care of their residents! They never answer the phones and if they do and you request or ask staff about any information you want to obtain they are aloof and don't know ----! I will never rent from Richdale ever again! My previous property was -------- too! Do me and yourselves a favor and never rent from Richdale!! Luckily I have a 10 month lease! DO NOT RENT!!!! I repeat.. DO NOT RENT!!
