Most of the recent comments focus on how everyone should expect to "have problems". Well, I feel unless you are actually in a situation when you feel you are at your "wits end", it would be easy to say that. Unless you have been faced with the issues some have chosen to share, you really don't know. Yes, I am in agreement that problems persists everywhere. I also feel when a problem is presented to management they should be taught to empathize and atleast act as if the concern of the "tenant" is important and will be handled some sort of urgency. I also feel everyone that is apart of the workforce, for the most part, work hard for their money and are not staying at Wynnewood for free. Because a value has been placed on the "dollar", it is imperative we get or atleast feel we are getting our money's worth. So to all the commenters who feel a tenant who has had bad experiences should not voice their opinions, you really need to think- BECAUSE YOUR EXPERIENCES ARE NOT THEIR EXPERIENCES, you CANNOT judge their frustrations. They are entitled!!! It's great that WYNNEWOOD has been good to atleast 5% of the commenters, COUNT YOURSELF FORTUNATE.
