I currently live at water chase and its a living hell that's why I never released after being here for a year only because I didn't want an evection on my credit it would have been sooner. Priscilla want to act like she nice and for you but she's a liar she tells you something one day and the other day its totally different. I don't complain on apartments because I never went through this before, you have to pay for second parking like $25 and to access the gate the clicker is like $25 0r $50 and you have to pay $25 for sticker for your first free parking, if you garbage disposal brakes you have to pay. Priscilla said once you sign the lease its like signing for a house smh I never heard that form an apartment complex in my life. Mail boxes are always open anyone can access them. My carpet was supposed to get cleaned in Dec. its June and no one followed up on why it weren't done these apartments are a waste and money hungry its a trap. I live in apt 808 and it a hot box my thermostat reads 80 temp and it set from 72 to 75 % depending on the weather. it don't cool off tell 1 or 2 in the morning once you put your stove on it heats up like you have the oven on. My average light bill was like 150 to 280 for a two bed room apartment I think its because the unit is outdate like the windows, the windows have mildew on the as well as the tub when you asked them to fix it they patch it up. I would not recommend anyone to rent here its all about money. rating is neg -0000000 to the 10th power
