Highly do not recommend. This is an email I sent to leasing office after several maintenance flooding problems. Still no response. After this email was sent the waste in the kitchen sink flooding over happened again. Poorly managed, very disappointed. "Hello leasing office, With much frustration we write this email to you from apartment 1011. We have a had a persisting problem with the pluming in our apartment. These conditions are unsafe and not livable- definitely something I hope management staff will care and take action regarding. On 9/17 our kitchen sink filled to the top with brown fecal matter from the drain. We know what it is because it smells awful and comes up our kitchen sink when we hear a flush from upstairs. We put in a maintenance request and someone was dispatched on 9/17 to resolve the problem. On 9/18 the same problem occurred, this time the same waste water filling the dishwasher. We put in a maintenance request and someone was dispatched on 9/18 to resolve the problem. On 9/21 at 10 pm we came home to a flooding kitchen sink. Water soaking kitchen and part of living room. Maintenance emergency line was called and Michael came over to assess the situation. He sent a carpet cleaner over at midnight to clean water damage and install fans and a plumber the next morning, 9/22. 9/23 at about 7:00 am, with each flush we hear from upstairs, the kitchen sink fills with waste/feces water. As water was beginning to flood the top of the sink, we put in an online maintenance request and called the emergency line for flooding. At 9/23 7:00pm dirty water is still standing in dishwasher. We hope this lengthy but detailed email helps you understand just how disappointed we are with the unsanitary living conditions here at Alesio. Let us be very clear: Michael has been very responsive and we think he has been doing a great job. We just really want this problem permanently fixed, no more band-aid or quick fixes. We have countless dishes ruined. Who wants to eat on dishes that have been soaking in pother peoples human feces? As a management staff we would like to know what concrete actions you will be taking to make this right. Our utilities are rising using thee industrial fans. We are living in conditions that are unhealthy. We hope to hear back swiftly with your plan of action. We are seriously considering warning future residents of this issue if not permanently resolved.
