I lived here only briefly in the fall of '06 while my new house was being built. It was a nice, small complex, but oh so outdated. It could really use a facelift. It was quiet, but the cops came once in the evening. I have no idea why. The manager Stephanie was a witch, but everyone else was nice. My electric bill was outrageous and I'm so stingy with my air/heat. My 3700 square foot new house has cheaper summer electric bills than my 2 bedroom condo had in the fall! They were very quick to fix any problems I had, which were few. The parkinng is limited, but having a 1 car garage was cool. I loved being so close to DFW airport. It was neat watching the planes land, and surprisingly it was quiet-even with all the air traffic around. The neighborhood is a little iffy, but there are 2 great parks close by. I rarely saw anyone walking their dog, and I never heard any barking. We had a 2 story unit, so it was great not having anyone above and below us. The complex was very quiet, but totally lacks amenities that most fancier complexes have-fitness center, several pools, etc. I would definitely recommend it though. My unit had a stackable washer/dryer upstairs, so that was great.Tons of closet space.
