The thought that a change in managers would make a big difference did not cross my mind, Since Michael became the property manager, I feel like the serenity of the place is lost. Firstly, most service requests are going unanswered because he believes that it is a way to save money and make himself look good with corporate office and therefore a pay raise is in store for him. Secondly, the discussion on lease renewal is loaded with extra costs that he believes that the previous manager (Stephanie) did not ask for. The move-in-special was seen as an unnecessary and thus it is a new ball game with him. Lastly, the threat is that any charges are deducted from the rent before the rent is accounted for. Normal service calls are charged for by Michael and billed at the last minute by him. He looks to getting the charges ahead of the rent and then ask for late charges also. It is almost a waste of time to ask for any services with Michael as a manager unlike when he was the Maintenance Man. He lacks management skills and very soon everybody will move out of Broadmoor villas because of Micheal poor management skills, Becareful.
