Maintenance request have not been fulfilled. Neighbors are nice enough. Area is clean. In my apartment the hot water pipes will sometimes make a very loud noise when I or my neighbors use hot water. This has sometimes woken me up early in the morning.

Maintenance sucks, takes them forever to come once a request is put in and the problem still does not get fixed. Office never answers the phone. Daniela acts as if she always has an attitude. Really want to move when my lease is up.

Very nice place. Staff is always friendly. Maintenance is a little slow but they are very friendly and always try to help. Parking lot is not great but they are making all repairs now. I would definitely recommend

Overall experience is perfect. Comfortably moved in, feels more of a safe environment. I mostly like the alarm systems provided in the homes. The environment is overall safe, with perfect gate security, as well as a dog park.

There is trash in the parking lot every morning. I understand that is not a problem that building management can avoid and building management does a great job cleaning it up every day. There is a drug dealer living close.

This community is good and have reasonable prices but need to do small maintenance which makes community more friendly and good appearance. Need to fix pot wholes on the community roads and maintenance works need to be addressed well.
