The office staff is very friendly and helpful, always make you feel welcome. The maintenance staff are always vey helpful, even if they see busy they always try to help. Great and peaceful community and I highly recommend living here! There is no parking issues, I know pretty much all of my neighbors. They also provide breakfast for the residents every 1st Saturday of the month!
