DO NOT MOVE HERE and have peace of mind! I had a good experience living at this community when it was with the previous management and used to be called Enclave. Under the current management (Priderock), there were issues that can happen at any community but there were 2 things which were just unacceptable. 1. Roof leakage with water pouring in our bedroom which continued for several months. A fix was done and on the next rain, it would leak again. We had to replace our mattress twice (no reimbursement for the damages and/or inconvenience - they ask to use renter's insurance which would have $500 deductible). This also happened at the time my wife was expecting. They did respond to the maintenance request but the fact that the issue was never really fixed caused all the damages and the inconvenience - none of which was compensated 2. After vacating the apartment, the due balance was paid for via check payment in March 2017. With the account settled, they still sent the account to the collection agency which reported it to the credit bureaus - thereby damaging the credit standing - this is 6 months after the check was cleared. Neither the apartment community contacted me nor the collection agency. Complaint has been filed against the collection agency and the listing with the 3 credit bureaus has been disputed. Reason why you should think before moving here: 1. This community is sending the account to collection which has been paid for and settled. 2. This community is hiring collection agency (Hunter Warfield, Inc - has close to 500 complaints on BBB) - who don't verify if the claim that is submitted is legitimate. It would just start reporting it to the credit bureaus without contacting you 3. All the attempts to connect with the community goes unanswered - have tried it for 3 weeks now 4. Roof leak maybe an aberration but the fact that they couldn't fix the issue for several months is concerning Here, they will leave a standard reply saying please contact us to resolve the matter. Why can't they work with the consumers when the issue arises? Sharing my experience so that others know what they may get into. You definitely want peace of mind and this place spoilt it with the 2 major incidents I described above. I will update this review if the above issues are resolved.
