SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hi Brian, I am sorry to see your comments here. Regarding pest control, we do offer service with a pest control professional as needed. I would like to speak with you directly to understand what treatments were attempted in your apartment, as we do have remedies for more extreme situations and I am wondering if a neighboring apartment may have been the source of the pest issues in your apartment. We do have power-washing scheduled for the stairwells and breezeways. One of the benefits of living at Mission at La Villita is the beautiful surroundings. Those surroundings do include birds and other local wildlife, and we appreciate you notifying us that the power washing needs to be done more frequently and I am working with corporate management to ensure we hold to the needed schedule. Lastly, while we do encourage our resident to leave us reviews, we do not direct them as to what rating to give us. We hope that all residents can give us 5-stars, but if they cannot, we always want to hear feedback on how we can improve. Hello, I am sorry to see your review. I apologize that you have been frustrated with your recent experience, however, I wanted to clarify a few of the comments you made. Our community is in one of the safest, most desirable locations in the Dallas area. We do make explicitly clear in our lease that personal safety is not the responsibility of management. That being said, we have listened to resident concerns, and in response held a crime watch meeting with local law enforcement two days ago in which all residents had an opportunity to attend and ask questions. I am sorry if you were not able to attend that meeting, as it would have been a good forum to voice your concerns. Additionally, we have an onsite Courtesy Officer who patrols the property in the evenings, and who also happens to be a Police Officer with the Irving Police Department.
