When I first moved in, I really enjoyed my new complex. Things started to crumble shortly after. If you expect nothing to go wrong in your leasing term, definitely move here. If you think you may encounter a parking issue, dog presents, or maintenance issues then don't move here unless you are ok with dealing with those things. Also neighbors are hit or miss... they may be extremely loud (walls are paper thin) or extremely sensitive to noise. Surprisingly there are many retirees that live here... and I imagine that is part of the issue. The manager is completely unresponsive to her residents and usually shifts the complaints to the Assistant Manager and office staff who (according to them) have no authority to do anything.
This complex has great potential.. if it were managed better. I used to live at a much cheaper apartment, older, outside of Las Colinas but at least the management was responsive to their tenants.
