When you move in make sure and write down EVERYTHING that is wrong with the apartment. If the carpet has a tiny speck in the corner, write it down. If the cabinets have any stains, write it down. When you move out management is very ---- about everything so don't expect your desposit back unless you didn't actually live in your apartment. I got charged for "miscellaneous" cleaning ,whatever that is, and didn't get back very much of my deposit. I'm appealing but I'm not too hopeful.<br>
