SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Hello, I am sorry you feel this way. As the manager, I go out of my way to help residents 24/7. I have my email on my phone and respond on my own time as efficiently as I can. Everyone in the office strives to provide exceptional customer service 24/7. Unfortunately, we are aware of the parking concern. For your convenience, we offer covered parking as well as garage parking for guaranteed parking. Residents are asked to leave us a review online and provide feedback. As a standard customary process throughout the apartment housing industry, reviews are encouraged and important to us, as it helps us to see where we are excelling and where we can improve. I apologize you have been towed numerous times due to negligence of the parking policy. If you recall, I had your vehicle released recently when it was towed for not having parking sticker properly displayed, at no expense to you. You proceeded to park illegally again, which resulted in you r car being towed, again. The parking policies have been in place and enforced since 12/2016. We have sent numerous reminders of the policy, as well as put reminders in our monthly newsletter. Lakepointe does not receive any monetary value from the towing company as a kick back, so please understand, these policies are put in place to better our community. Dear Anonymous, We are sorry to hear about your frustrations. Management is aware of the parking issue and we are actively working to remedy the situation. There has been a new parking permit program recently implemented to help with this issue, as well, towing is enforced. We also offer the option to add a carport or garage for guaranteed parking. We have provided everyone with the number to the towing company so that if an unauthorized vehicle is seen outside of office hours residents are able to tow as well. In addition, we are working with the City of Irving and Las Colinas HOA to explore additional parking options. This will take some time, however, to get approved. We will keep our residents informed as changes happen. We value our residents at Lakepointe and pride ourselves on customer service within our community. As we grow and continue to improve our standards, we have implemented more resident events, giveaways, partnerships with local vendors and much more. We also strive to keep the grounds gorgeous and the property beautiful. Again, we are sorry that these issues have resulted in a negative review. We continue daily to focus on ways to alleviate the parking struggles as well as to serve each and every resident, future tenants and vendors with exceptional customer service.
