This is on response on the review dates 5/14/20 from Brandt Management team. Myself and many others have moved because of the bad living conditions at Brandt. You asked me to call and come by to resolve this because you are "dismayed " Well, I have come by 8 times and called 12 times and recorded Iris and Vanessa. I CAN GIVE YOU ALL THE DATES I CAME BY AND CALLED AND TALKED TO ALL OF YOU! If you really cared at the time I was a resident, you wouldn't have to WRITE THE SAME OLD "STUFF" you write to ALL the residents who give you a bad review. There are still ROACHES, water always turned off and you still cheat residents with the carpet cleaning and out of their deposit. DO NOT MOVE HERE
