Hello, we are disappointed to see this review and would like to address your concerns. However, we are unable to see that you were a resident in our community. Please use this link to share your information https://go.reviewpush.com/i/29881907 so we can investigate your comments. Like many other communities, we do not have speed breakers in the garage but have large, visible, speed limits posted at different spots. We have also installed dome mirrors to aid residents. We regret to see that you were not satisfied with your communication with our team and we hope to be able to learn more. It is an industry-standard for deposits and balances to take up to 30 days to be refunded. We will be more than glad to investigate further, so we look forward to hearing from you via the link shared here. We have several multi-year residents who love living with us and while we wish your experience mirrored theirs, we hope you have found a space better suited to your needs.

Hello, we are shocked to see your review and believe you may have meant to review a different community. We do not have breezeways, but climate-controlled hallways and have had no recent incidents like you have mentioned. We also do not charge for pest-control. Many long-term residents love living with us and we are proud to be one of the city's premium communities.

Hello, Please let me begin by thanking you for your residency. We are glad to hear that you enjoy your apartment, but are disappointed to hear that there has been some confusion over your account. Regarding your comment on the new trash service, our new vendor collects trash 4 times or more a week, enabling residents to not have to store trash bags anywhere.
