I regret to say that my experience at the International at Valley Ranch has been disappointing. Despite paying for reserved parking spaces, I've had to make complaints multiple times as there is no signage indicating which spaces are reserved, leading to them being occupied by others. The absence of a towing service exacerbates the parking situation, leaving reserved spaces unavailable even after complaints. The internet service has been unreliable, cutting out twice, and even when it's working, the speed is far below the advertised 400 Mbps, averaging at just 70 Mbps. Additionally, despite these connectivity issues, I'm being charged a $75 technology fee, which feels unjustified given the subpar service provided. The oven malfunctioning and causing the breaker to switch off is a safety hazard that needs urgent attention. However, instead of promptly replacing it with another appliance, I've been informed that I must wait for General Electric to come and service the oven. Additionally, the Nest thermostat is non-functional from the app, and there are not enough GFCI outlets in the apartment, which may be contributing to the bedroom breaker tripping. I have informed the electrician about this issue, but it remains unresolved. The lack of after-hours maintenance for emergencies is concerning, especially when essential appliances are malfunctioning. To top it off, the elevator is out of order, making it impossible to move in furniture or a mattress base. This has caused me to come out of pocket for moving expenses. In addition, I must stay in an apartment without a working oven until the outlets are approved by the city to be replaced with GFCI outlets, and then I must wait until the electrician takes action to fix them. This prolonged delay in addressing crucial safety concerns further adds to the frustration and inconvenience of the situation. I would be against moving to another unit due to the fact that positioning the furniture would be very challenging and inconvenient. This complicates the prospect of relocating as it would involve additional effort and resources to move everything again. While my experience at the International at Valley Ranch has been disappointing due to various issues, it's worth noting that the office staff has been friendly and accommodating throughout my interactions with them. However, despite their positive demeanor, the numerous unresolved issues greatly diminish the overall satisfaction with the property. All these issues have occurred within just three weeks of my residency on this property, amplifying my disappointment and frustration with the International at Valley Ranch.
