I recently submitted a request for service due to a ceiling fan not working in the bedroom. Johnnie responded to my apartment within 24 hours and had all the parts needed to diagnose and complete the job. I have been a tenant for 4 years now - in 2 different buildings. Johnnie has done work in my apartment(s) before and is always prompt and courteous, respectful of my time and does extremely quality work and leaves the area clean when he completes the job.
