Community is quiet. Often find pets running around the community without owner/leash. Old model apartment with issues from old finish and appliances. Dog poop found in front of my door on several occasions. I go other places to jog when I should be able to jog in my community, due to estrange dogs running around without an owner/leash (which is unfortunate). That may not be a big deal for anyone who isnt terrified of dogs. Everyone doesnt follow the rules to have their pets leashes, but its not necessarily emphasized. Biggest issues since living in Kenwood was finding dog poop right in front of my door and mgmt. taking the liberty to be rude because of assumptions about issues in my apartment. Mgmt. didnt handle issue with care until I spoke out and put my door down (either that or mgmt. realized that I wasnt a problematic tenant and that in most cases my rent was paid in advance most of the times or on time-sizing me up as a tenant). For now its the place I reside, not crazy about the higher ups and their ability to professional tackle community issues, which didnt give me comfort in wanting to remain in this community long term.
