Lucas went above and beyond his job to help me and my family. When TXU turned my power off by misstake and would not come out to turn it on until the next day. He did not have to do anything, but he let us stay in another apartment. He had a maintenance man come take me to look at the apartment to make sure everything was set up for the night. The maintenance man also walked me back to me and my family back to our apartment, just to make sure we didn't need anything else. Also, the after hours answering company called me to see if everything was taken care of. The staff is great, and we will be telling everyone we know to come here to live. Thank You Nottingham Staff
