Verified Resident ā¢ 2017 - 2021
It was better than expected for the first three years. Gradually, it has become overpriced for the quality of the experience. I now have trouble parking, and am exposed to constant noice from the neighbors. I have, however always enjoyed the location, my hometown, almost walking distance from my d neighborhood. The gate and gym access via smartphone is a pleasant upgrade. The lax attitude regarding pit bulls is disturbing. I know apartment complexes like to advertise "pet friendly", but residents have to listen to dogs crying for hours while the pets parents leave them behind to join to work, holiday etc.
The upkeep of the exterior is good. The maintenance is first rate, consistently. The pool is clean and attractive. There is a high turnover of office staff. I figure that has to do with residents attempting to make friends with them. When the staff is eventually replaced by virtual service, I will be exceedingly distressed. I love technology but human obsolescence makes me nervous. Besides, sometimes it's nice to have a human l, and not just for aesthetics. In many instances it's superior. For example, when I transitioned to a different unit, a real human was involved over a several weeks period.
