I suppose this complex has changed its name. The address is the same so I know it has to be the place where I rented. It was called "The Renaissance" at the time. I only stayed a short while because I was exiting the military and moving to another state. In short, this complex was recommended to me by my co-worker who lived there. I was moving out of Caesar's Palace Apartments (the complex from the depths of Hell itself) and I desperately wanted a quiet place with good management. The buildings are kind of old but have character. I rented a cute little one-bedroom in the very corner of the complex. My neighbors were very friendly. There was one trouble-maker in the same area (liked to party and punched out windows) but management was prompt to fine trouble-makers. Some, I suppose would condemn such quick action as being harsh. But to me, if you want to infringe upon your neighbors' right to peace, you should be penalized. After all, other tenants are obeying policy, not those who are fined for good reason. I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. It was a refreshing change from the previous experience with horrible management who didn't care about their residents. I would recommend this complex to anyone who needs a transient residence that offers a quiet and safe atmosphere.
