Thank you so much for your review! We do have a lot of trees and can get quite a few leaves on the ground. Our landscapers do pick them all up every other week during winter hours but if you notice a particularly bad area in between services, please let us know and we can take care of it for you. Noise is an issue and calling to report an problem is next to worthless. Various maintenance issues are going unheard. Mailbox facades are falling off, garage doors act up, entrance gate is bent, dog mess all over the grounds. See More
