Looking forward to an upscale new community, it's been less than that over the 3 years sadly to say. Our grounds are not pristine, unkept (weeds and no fresh mulch), to many tenants allow their dogs ??and clean up after. Trash situation is horrible, too many extra $$$ amenities. Leasing staff is rude.Amy have been through 7 property managers in 3 years. Maintenance team is efficient when you request a work order.

Poor! Not what was promised from day1. This was auoosoed t be an upscale property, not even close. Most tenants don't ready this as their home nor seem to be proud. If I wanted less than was offered I'd been somewhere else

It's been a sub par experience from day 1 unfortunately. Property was not completed many moved in with no amenities and it took over 8+ months to get a pool completed! I lived on an island in bldg 3 for 7-8 months with no grass standing water and a construction fence pictures to prove! After 1 year mgmt. changed hands and they have been horrible! We've gone through approx 5 leasing Mgr. And who knows how many leasing office agents. Only ones that have stayed have been the 2 maintenance guys. The Kacey is poorly managed and staff could care less about residents ! Just take a look past the security gate when that's not broke 99% of the time since day1! Ongoing issue? I could go on and on! But what good does it do nothing gets accomplished, except rent goes up for those of us who have been here since day 1 and that's not many of us left! This mgmt is pushing many out to seek a new residence. And with a new one being built across the street they are going to loose a lot more come next year! That property is building it up as it should be, not piecing it together with cheap labor and construction! Sad to say when many leased here at the beginning we were looking forward to an upscale property now it seems it's leaning toward section 8. Unfair for many and very sloppy residents who could care less how they live!
