Used to work there. JRK sold out to Kington Properties. With JRK we stayed at 96%+ occupancy. Kingston holds a 35%-55% occupancy rate. The totally ran that property into the ground. Very poor asset management skills. The owners have no idea of how to run a multi dwelling property. Clueless! Sad but so very true!
