I love my apartment and the size and rent price is wonderful for one person. BUT what they dont tell you is how EXPENSIVE your water bill will be. When I moved in the lady said oh it's not much at all. LIES!!! I live in a 1 bedroom 600ish sq ft. And my water bill this month is $93 last month its was $82. That is ridiculous for 1 person! No washer/dryer. There is no reason for it to be that high! I have lived there 3 months and ready to move.
