The Avenues at Tuscan Lakes are amazing. Staff and neighbors are more like friends. It has its own neighborhood community feeling. They have resident events like National Margarita Day. Everyone know everyone. I love it here! Staff is AMAZING!

The staff is great, manager goes above and beyond, quiet neighborhood, great amenitites, love my garage. The maintenance people are nice and do all repairs timely. Pool and workout room are always clean and ready for use. Grounds are maintained too.

This is a really nice place to live. Secure, quiet gated community. The buildings, layout and landscaping are very attractive. The apartment is very comfortable with a good kitchen and plenty of cabinet, counter and closet space. The garage is a real plus.

We are so sorry for your experience and have forwarded your comments to the property manager, Tara, who has mentioned she has been in contact with you and documenting the treatment process. We have an approved pest vendor that regularly treats our community to prevent these occurrences, however when they do occur we do everything possible, within the approved industry guidelines for pest control. Please know, your safety and comfort is our top concern.
