over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We would love to speak to you about your issues. Please contact the office and speak with the manager as it is difficult to address reviews with issues from anonymous sources. We are very anxious to resolve any issue that you have. As for those with pets, we do our best to pinpoint and address where the "dog poop" offenders live and we rely on you guys to let us know so we can address them directly. As for those with pets over the weight limit, if we can pinpoint those we will be happy to address it as well. We take every complaint very seriously and do our best to resolve them and try to help make everyone's living experience at BWC a positive one. As for the parking, we do have plenty of spaces on our property but because we stay full it can get a little tight in some areas. We do encourage our residents to have their guests park in more spacious areas to save the spaces in front of the units for those who live here. With Spring and Summer upon us, we will remind parents that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and we will remind everyone of the pool rules. Again, we will do our best to improve your experience here at BWC. As for our courtesy officer, he does work and does his best to take care of any issues we have. If the pool trouble or any other issue comes up during office hours we will happily address it for you. Again, please contact us to discuss. If your concerns are not resolved by the Manager, please feel free to contact our corporate office and ask to speak to the Tipton Regional Supervisor who directly oversees the community where you live. We will do everything within our power to address and resolve your concerns as quickly as possible

Dear James O, Thank you for taking your time to post a review and let us know how we are doing. I want to assure you that we have a schedule for power washing the breezeways and have over half the property done! Last weekend and Monday, we had contractors out power washing the buildings exteriors. The weather this year has caused the wood to absorb humidity more than past years, but we have contractors scheduled to repair any wood not cleaned by power washing.
