The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Good morning and hank you for the review. We will not place a key on the pool, but we did this past summer in stalled the League City required latches on the pool. We have also discussed planing fob access to the pool and bathroom, but we have not come to an approval on that yet. The lawn care guys were here on Friday. The "German Roaches" I believe the pest control guy explained to you about the 2 roaches that you showed him and he has also worked a treatment routine with you on Friday also. Please let us know what maintenance has not completed for you , so hat we can because I was unaware of incomplete work orders and we want to make sure we are taking care of whatever you need. Have a wonderful day and just let us know and we will be glad to come take care of everything.

Good Morning, We have had the plumbers out to your apartment and as of right now all was told to us is ok. We will reach out to you today to let you know what all was found and what they stated. I do apologize but we were at the wait of the plumbers and we were informed that it was relayed to you but we will make sure that no matter what we will keep you informed. Once again I do apologize for the lack of communication because we should have called you.
