Hey there Palo, we're sorry you've had these concerns, we truly want you to have the best experience. We are pet-friendly, however we understand how you feel about the poop! Proper pet waste removal is important, and if you see neighbors not doing it properly, let us know. We don't control the individual behaviors of pet owners, but we do provide pet waste centers and bags, and we are committed to action in areas where we can be impactful. We'll be glad to open a work order or have one of our friendly techs look at your A/C. This Texas heat is nothing to play with! Part of our responsibility is to mitigate potential damage by pets, and one of the ways we do this is to require pet rent. Pet rent and pet admin fees weren't intended to go toward your move-out costs. Instead they help us ensure that we can welcome pet families into the same quality of home that we do with non-pet families.
