I have 2 experiences with these apartments. The first was under the old management and was great just as many of the reviews explain. The 2nd was under the new management and it is a total different place now. Beware of your finances here. The accounting department is clueless. First the contract was written for the wrong amount of rent. I was advised the next day and had no problem agreeing to sign for the higher amount since I was only there for month to month due to my job. Next thing I know a few months later I have a notice on my door that I owe $112.00 dollars and to pay immediately. After emails and calls they said "OOPS" we were wrong you don't owe that. Well, I recently moved out and they mailed my deposit refund check to me UNSIGNED. So they call and say they are sending a new one. The new one is for less than the unsigned check. After calling and asking why, they again say "OOPS" we miscalculated your pro-rate 6 MONTHS AGO so we took out $56.66. Seriously? Any other reputable company would have written off an error they made 6 months ago. Not to mention I chose these apartments because they are gated but as an earlier review showed the gate was broken for weeks and no one fixed it, and no one was refunded for the service that was promised but not provided. This used to be a great place to live as the awards show. But as you can see they have not gotten the award since the new management came in. There are too many other choices in this area. Choose wisely.
