Lived at Crest Manor for almost 3 years. In the beginning it was a very safe, family AND pet friendly place to live. The last 6 months of living there were a different story. First of all the new management is GARBAGE. Shayna, the property manager could care less. She is extremely unprofessional and it seems to have rubbed off on the staff. BE CAREFUL moving to this complex. It seems nice because its gated and in a decent part of Lewisville but if you have an issue or if you feel unsafe they will do NOTHING. Ive lived in a lot of complexes and when a resident attacks another one the management usually steps in immediately. This did not happen at Crest Manor. DO not move here. The maintenance is the best part of living here, they are so nice and keep the grounds super clean and do an amazing job decorating for Christmas. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress enough. They do NOT care about the safety of the people they are over charging rent. There are much nicer places at cheaper costs that you will be safe at. DO not be fooled by the clubhouse and appearance, this is a very unsafe place to live. There were several things brought to their attention they did nothing about.
